About Caryn

Caryn Kelley and Kim Cunningham teamed up in 2015 and they've quickly become known as a team filled with heart and energy that always works hard for their clients--which is why they're affectionately referred to as "The Dream Team".  Admired by peers and clients alike, Caryn and Kim credit much of their professional success to approaching real estate as a relationship-based business that extends well past the closing table. 

Caryn, a mother of four with a background in education, is very familiar with multitasking and making sure her clients are well educated on the home buying and selling process.  She has a heart for each and every one of her clients and digs deeper to make sure all of their needs are met. 

Kim comes from a background in remodeling and interior design.  She takes this knowledge and experience to the real estate table, helping her clients in both the staging of a home to sell as well as visualizing their new home.

Both Caryn and Kim are enthusiastic and have a true passion for real estate.  Their business is built on building lifelong relationships with their clients.   They also have a "never give up" attitude which serves them in negotiating homes for their buyers and sellers.   They love what they do and it shows in their success.
